A certified mat, Reformer, and Barre instructor, I’m working on finalizing my STOTT certification. I’m a fitness enthusiast, who’s inspired by fun and functional movement in the classes I teach, and in the weightlifting, snowboarding, and cycling that I love to do when I’m not in the studio.

Movement grounds me - it’s where I come home to myself. As a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher and STOTT trained Pilates instructor, I start each day with intentional movement to connect breath, body, and mind. My approach is rooted in nervous system regulation, balanced strength building, and flow. We’ll move, we’ll ground - and we’ll definitely laugh when the core work gets real!
-
My certification in Contemporary Reformer Pilates and mat deepened my passion for crafting classes that honour the uniqueness of all bodies. What I love more than anything is developing sequences that help to cultivate the mind/body connection. And if we can work on that cultivation with a great playlist to inspire us? Even better!

Movement has always been my reset — where strength and focus meet. After years of weight training and staying active as a non-negotiable, Pilates brought intention and alignment into my routine. I’m also Lagree certified, which fuels my love for slow, controlled intensity and real functional strength.
I’m currently completing my full STOTT Mat & Reformer certification (official in 2025), and while I finish, I’m supporting classes here at Coco.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, and my passion for it burns as strong now as it did when I started my BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2015. My approach combines a meticulous attention to detail with a fun and engaging atmosphere. I’m new-ish to Toronto, and looking forward to your tips about what to see and do!

I have come to appreciate how central movement is to life; my happiness; and my wellbeing. I have a non-negotiable date with myself every morning, where I make time for it. I get such joy from helping others embrace movement and wellness in my Reformer, Pilates, yoga, and Barre classes. And from tunes that set the tone in the room!

I’ve been immersed in the world of dance from a young age. I’ve performed with Disney Cruise Lines, and as an aerialist with Tokyo DisneySea. My personal journey with pain management through reformer Pilates sparked a deep passion for helping others experience the same physical and mental benefits. I am deeply committed to mental wellness, consistent physical activity and fostering a positive mindset.
My classes, in 3: grounded, thoughtful and empowering.

I first fell in love with Pilates because it made me feel stronger, taller, and more energized than any workout I’d tried before. My classes are all about empowering you, keeping things inclusive, and filling the room with good vibes. What I love most is helping students leave feeling like the best version of themselves — confident, strong, and connected.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me exploring new coffee shops, planning my next travel adventure, or geeking out over anatomy.
My classes, in three words: Empowering, Inclusive, Energizing

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I bring a rich background in reformer Pilates, spin, group fitness (HIIT, strength, boxing, step cardio ++), and multidisciplinary movement. Music fuels my classes, and building an inclusive, welcoming community is at the heart of everything I do. I love crafting experiences that challenge, inspire, and leave people feeling strong, accomplished, and connected to their bodies.

I design my sessions to focus on a balanced flow of core Pilates principles, with the goal of building strength, stability, and flexibility. And to create a welcoming space, where you feel inspired to move, explore, and challenge yourself in a way that feels good for your body.
My classes, in 3: supportive, warm, and varied

As a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, my love for movement is driven by joy, curiosity and caring for the mind and body. I strive to curate a kind, welcoming, and supportive space in my classes for everyone to explore their connection to themselves and their capabilities. Built on the core Pilates principles, I offer precise anatomy and breath cues with meaningful adjustments. I encourage everyone to come as they are and take on options that feel right to them, whether that’s restorative variations, challenging progressions, or a combination of the two.

I’ve spent my life as a student of the human body, and what it’s capable of. Twenty-five of those years as a sports medicine physician, and now as a certified mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. I focus on building high-intensity and low-impact workouts, guided by anatomical and alignment considerations.

Movement has always been my anchor to connect body, mind, and spirit. As a competitive dancer with a background in holistic health, Pilates naturally became both a personal practice and a calling to share with others. While I complete my Mat & Reformer certifications, I'm supporting classes here at Coco, designed to meet you where you are - whether it’s to build strength, move with ease, or simply reconnect with yourself.
My classes, in 3: intentional, energizing, approachable.

I am passionate about sharing my love of movement with others. I aim to challenge my students with the hope that they'll make movement a regular part of their routine and leave my classes feeling stronger and more confident. I offer a variety of layers and options in my classes to make them accessible to different experience levels.
